•  Since 1971 Barrio Planners Incorporated (BPI) has brought professional Architecture, Programming, Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture to East Los Angeles . BPI’s mission is to provide professional services and representation to our community. BPI’s key members hold licenses in Architecture, Landscape Architect and Engineering. Including our Principal members; the BPI team is comprised of innovative designers and supporting staff whose talents and creativity are equally matched by their experience, and dependability. It is these attributes that have given Barrio Planners Incorporated the capacity to undertake intricate projects of any size and complexity and see them to completion. Along with our professional services, BPI has and will always maintain our obligation to supporting social benefits projects and programs to improve the quality of life for our community. As proud member of the East Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce BPI will continue to work towards the prosperity of East Los Angeles.
